If we do not respond within 14 days, it usually means we are unable to help you. We will of course keep your details on file and may always contact you if the situation changes. We receive so many requests that it’s just not possible to go forward with all of them. We hope you understand.
We would ask you to keep the product and original packaging when filing a complaint. After receiving your form, one of our consumer service people will contact you about the next steps. To speed up the complaint handling process, it’s important to complete the contact form in full.
